Refund & Cancellation Policy
Keeping in view the current situation during this pandemic and Covid-19, we, "Makeover Professional" will not be accepting any kind of returns due to safety and hygiene reasons. Once an item is delivered it cannot be returned. Under special circumstances, if the refund has to be initiated, we will credit the full amount but no reverse pickups will be done for any of our products. In case of Damages and issues
Once you receive your order, we suggest that you immediately check the condition of the product, in case it is found to be defected, damaged or if you receive the wrong product. Please raise a request to us at email@example.com so that we can help you.
Currently due to the pandemic we are not accepting any returns, we will be giving refunds only in case of special circumstances. If approved, you will receive the amount through your original payment method. It may take some time for the credit to reflect in your respective bank accounts; usually it takes up-to 7 working days for a refund to reach your account. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
The cancellation of a product is allowed only up-to a certain number of days, an item once shipped cannot be cancelled. You may check the status of your order on the Track my Order Page.
